Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We accept Bitcoin (BTC) as our payment method. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and converted to BTC at the time of checkout. Once payment is confirmed on the blockchain, your order will be processed and shipped.

Shipping

We ship to addresses provided at checkout. LotusLabs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

LotusLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
